Frontier Title, through its affiliation with ALTA’s Best Practices, offers superior customer service from our very experienced team of employees. We offer a full service of commercial and residential title products throughout southern Wisconsin. We are the leader in new construction, working with the leading builders by offering personal and professional service with excellent turnaround times.
MEET OUR TEAM
Trey has worked in the industry since 1987 and enjoys its ever-changing nature. In 2010, Trey started Frontier Title and Closing and is proud of the great staff he’s built over the years. Outside of work, Trey loves to travel with his family. Trey has served on the Lake Country Rotary Board and is currently an active member of ALTAs (American Land Title Association). Trey attended UW-Madison and received a BS in Political Science.
Specializing in transactional work in real estate, business, and estate planning, Ryan joined Frontier after four years as the owner of RMJ Law, LLC. When not working, Ryan enjoys composing for piano, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Ryan has a BA in Political Science from UW-Madison and a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. Ryan is a member of several associations, including the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Maren worked at Frontier in the Production and Escrow departments from 2015-2017 and decided to rejoin the team in 2021. When she is not working, you can find her in the community with her family and friends. She has a BS in Marketing and Management and an MBA (Public Relations and Communication) from Concordia University Wisconsin. Maren is a member of many associations, including the Brookfield Chamber and the Metropolitan Builders Association of Greater Milwaukee.
Callie has worked in the title industry since 2001 and enjoys the fact that she is in a constantly evolving industry, which allows her to continue learning. Callie has been with Frontier since the doors opened in 2010. She enjoys seeing the friendly faces of the staff each day, knowing she is in an environment of all hard-working, knowledgeable team players. Callie attended UW-Madison, where she received a BA in Social Welfare.
Dawn has worked in the industry since 1985 and has been with Frontier since its inception. Her passion, expertise, and enthusiasm lie within Frontier’s builder services, which makes her a great asset to our new construction team. She is grateful for the professional relationships that allow Frontier to help others realize their dream of home ownership, and for an outstanding staff that ensures the real estate transactions go smoothly. When not working, Dawn enjoys spending time with her grandson, traveling, and motorcycling. Her hobbies include event planning and interior design. Dawn is a Certified State of Wisconsin Licensed Title Examiner and Commissioned Wisconsin Notary. She is a member of multiple organizations, including the Metropolitan Builders Association of Greater Milwaukee.
Rebecca has been in the title industry since 2003. She has been with Frontier since 2013 and loves working closely with customers to create lasting relationships. When she’s not at work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her three children. Rebecca is a member of the Political Science National Honor Society and Lions Club of Johnson Creek. Rebecca is also a certified paralegal. Rebecca attended UW-Whitewater and received a BA in Political Science.
Leah joined the Frontier team with five years of both residential and commercial closing experience, as well as two years in real estate sales. When we asked Leah why she wanted to join the Frontier team she said, “I have a huge heart for real estate. I love to see happy faces after closing day, especially because it is important for all parties involved. I am also excited to share my knowledge and help with any obstacles and challenges that my customers face.” In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time with family and being a wedding photographer—she is a woman of many talents!
Adam always knew he would find his way to the real estate industry, and he is thrilled he landed at Frontier Title. He loves working with the team and feeling supported every day. His favorite part of the job is having the opportunity to be involved in the community and grow his circle. He enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his dog, Pretzel. Adam graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors and the Metropolitan Builders Association.
Cody works out of our Johnson Creek office and is no stranger to the area! He is a proud Wisconsin native and grew up on a small dairy farm in Dodge County. Cody came to Frontier Title with an extensive customer service background. He has a passion for helping customers and making sure he is working hard to fulfill their needs. When Cody isn’t in the office, he enjoys hunting on the family farm, fishing the local lakes and rivers, spending time with family and friends, and—of course—watching the Badgers, Packers, and Brewers.
AJ brings a vast amount of sales and new business development experience to the team, as he has worked in the industry for over 15 years prior to joining the Frontier team in 2023. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family. He likes to attend sporting events and take his boat out on the lake. His favorite place to be is outdoors—specifically playing sand volleyball and practicing his archery skills! AJ is a University of Wisconsin-Whitewater alumnus.
Donna worked as a realtor for 18 years before joining Frontier Title in 2020. She enjoys meeting with Frontier’s clients and helping them navigate through the closing process.
Kelly has recently joined the Frontier Title team, and she is loving her new career path. One of her favorite aspects of working at Frontier is getting to know the customers and bringing smiles to their faces. Kelly is married and has a daughter, Mckenna, and a Silver Lab. She is also a huge sports fan and enjoys spending her time with family and friends. Certifications: Real Estate License.
Penny has been working in the title industry for over twenty-five years. Prior to being in title insurance, she was a realtor for about five years, so she knows the real estate space very well. She loves working at Frontier because it is so rewarding to be part of an exciting time in people’s lives. From her past realtor’s background, she understands the importance for the buyers, the sellers, and the realtors to get things done as stress free as possible. She loves to help people and lives by her personal motto, “I want to do what I can to make your life as easy as possible.” When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and golden retrievers!
Leanne has been involved in the industry since 1997. She enjoys meeting new people and helping to guide sellers and buyers through the real estate closing process. Leanne is married and has three grown-up children. She enjoys spending time in her backyard and hanging out with her family and dog.
Revel joined the Frontier Team in 2021. She was drawn to Frontier because of the family atmosphere and the high level of service offered to customers. She loves supporting customers through the closing process and believes that being personable and supportive through this process is paramount. Revel is a mother of four children and enjoys attending her children’s sporting events, time with family, and the outdoors.
Monika enjoys constantly learning new information and supporting Frontier’s customers. She joined Frontier in 2015 and loves working with her co-workers.
Laura has been involved in the real estate industry since 2000 and joined the Frontier team in 2023. She works out of our Port Washington location, as she resides in Cedarburg with her husband Bob. She and her husband love living in Cedarburg and participating in all the local festivities and events! In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, and trying new recipes.
Joelle entered the title industry in 2019 and loves being part of the process that makes customers’ dreams come true. She started in Frontier’s escrow department and then was able to transition to the closing team in 2024 after discovering her passion for working hand in hand with our partners and customers. In her free time, Joelle enjoys watching sports, bodybuilding, making sourdough and spending time with her niece and nephew.
Joan enjoys the opportunity of learning and acquiring new skills in her position. She loves the fast-paced environment, the employees she works with, and always learning interesting new things. When not at work, Joan enjoys spending time outdoors doing things like gardening and kayaking. Joan is a board member of the Upper Nemahbin Lake Management District. Education: UW- Eau Claire, Alverno College; Associates Degree.
Carolyn has been working in the title insurance industry since 1993 and has been with Frontier since their doors opened. She enjoys the team effort given by all employees and that management creates a productive and friendly atmosphere. Education: Waukesha County Technical Institute; Degree in Accounting.
